Condition
All lots are sold as-is and as pictured with all flaws. Bidders should contact us for condition reports. If a purchase is defective or damaged, you will get a full refund or replacement item with a similar value of your choice if it was Heroes and Legends mistake. If a refund is necessary processing time is generally 14 days from time of receipt of item. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
Authenticity
All of the items come with a certificate of authenticity (COA) from Heroes and Legends. All items are authenticated by Myron Ross who has been selling to dealers for 53 years.
If you require additional authentication, we will be happy to send your purchase to a court certified forensic authenticator for an additional cost. The item must be paid in full prior to additional certification. The turnaround time for this service is roughly 14 days from full payment of item.
Heroes and Legends hold no credibility in the findings of authentication companies who do not use court certified forensic authenticators, and negative findings from such authenticators are not justification for a return. Furthermore, no compensation for authentication costs will be issued to a buyer, should they decide to acquire additional certification resulting in a positive/negative or finding.
